VernaTalk is intended for children ages 3-8 and must be set up, managed, and supervised by an adult. Children should not use the app alone or share real names, addresses, school names, phone numbers, payment information, precise location, health details, or family private information.
In the app, open Parent Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email us from the registered email address and include the platform, child nickname if applicable, and your relationship to the child.
Deleting the VernaTalk account removes child profile data and conversation history according to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. It does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
VernaTalk is free to download and offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Plus is US$9.99 per month with 3,000 Q&A turns. Pro is US$49.99 per month with 20,000 Q&A turns. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play account used to purchase.
